Offset Longballz Max Weight Instructions

Note: Assembled drivers come pre-set for the correct weight based on the length of club ordered and require no further adjustment unless desired.

The Offset LongBallz Max comes with ( 3) 1 gram black plastic weights, (2) 2 gram, (2) 5 gram and (2) 8 gram screw weights which can be used to alter the club head weight to match the length of the driver or to increase or decrease the amount of draw bias and/or increase trajectory (see diagram below). When adjusting weight gently turn the plastic 1 gram screws in place. Do not attempt to over-tighten to avoid stripping.

Easy Edition and Ultra Edition drivers should use the Lighter Weight . Do not use the Maximum Weight.

Do not exceed maximum recommended weights. Too much weight can reduce swing speed and over stress a shaft.

Longer driver lengths can also be cut down to standard or shorter lengths for golfers who are uncomfortable swinging a longer club and re-weighted according to the recommendations above.. Drivers are cut down from the grip end which can be performed by any experienced club maker or golf shop.

Higher Trajectory - Place the heaviest weight in the rear weight port

Neutral Bias - Place the heaviest weight per the instructions above in the toe weight port

Neutral Bias with Higher Trajectory - Place 1 weight in the toe and 1 in the rear weight ports

Set Up for Success

The Offset LongBallz Max makes it easy to help eliminate slices and pushes and turn them into straighter drives or even a powerful draw. Simply implement the correct set up at address and follow the recommended swing keys.

The golf swing is like a door that opens and closes while swinging around a hinge (your spine). Implementing the following swing keys can correct a slice or push together with the unique design of the Offset LongBallz Max:

  1. address the ball with your hands and arms slightly forward so that the leading edge is square to the target line.
  2. Take your backswing while keeping your right arm positioned close to body
  3. From the start of the downswing continue to hold your right arm close to your body so that that the club approaches the ball from the inside.
  4. At impact the offset will square the club face or slightly close it to provide a straight drive or draw.

Setting up with the heading edge closed to the target line results in unwanted pushes to the right or dead left pulls.
